Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any program or participating in any activities offered by Black Knight Martial Arts. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Date: January 1st, 2023.

1. Enrollment and membership. To enroll, participants must complete registration and provide accurate, up-to-date personal information. Enrollment may be subject to age, health, and skill level requirements as determined by Black Knight Martial Arts.

2. Fees and payments. All program fees, membership dues, and other charges are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Payment is due as per the schedule provided by the school. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination. The school may adjust fees with prior notice.

3. Attendance. Participants are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time. Tell the school in advance if you cannot attend because of illness, injury, or another reason.

4. Code of conduct. Respect instructors, staff, other participants, and the facility. Disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

5. Health and safety. Participants should be in good health. Consult a physician before starting. Tell the school about pre-existing conditions or injuries and follow the instructor's advice.

6. Liability and waiver. Martial arts training involves physical exertion and a risk of injury. Participants assume the risks of participation. Black Knight Martial Arts, its instructors, staff, and facility owners will not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during participation.

7. Photography and video. The school may take photographs or record video during classes and events for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be featured should inform the school in writing.

8. Termination and refunds. The school may end enrollment for a violation of these terms, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow instructions. For early termination with a documented medical reason, a pro-rated refund may be considered at the school's discretion.

9. Changes and cancellations. The school may modify or cancel classes, programs, events, or schedules. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible.

10. Privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment is used for administrative and communication purposes and to meet legal obligations. See the privacy policy.
